Not much news lately apart from this small “lol”: Government issues new Telstra threat The Federal Government is threatening to stop Telstra acquiring wireless spectrum even if the Opposition delays a bill that re-regulates the telecommunications sector. The Government has demanded Telstra separate its retail and wholesale arms or risk losing the right to expand its wireless services. But the Opposition is working to delay voting on the bill that would help the Government achieve its aims.
